Whataburger - Alvarado

Awesome experience!! Super busy as expected on a Friday night. Staff was very attentive and the food was some of the best Whataburger ever!

Went inside to eat because the drive thru was pretty backed up. Waited 30+mins for our food. Two customers got up and requested refunds. DoorDash driver arrived to get an order put in 30+mins earlier and they hadn't even started it yet. Food was mediocreat best, but it wasn't raw so I guess they deserve more than 1 star. The workers (and whoever the supervisor was) were veryunprofessional and S-L-O-W moving. When we finally left, the people who'd been ahead of us in the drive thru were just leaving.This small town Whataburger is a disappointment. Definitely needs a major overhaul from management.

Food and service was just ok for me...(all about the hype to me) so maybe I had higher expectations ...I had the Spicy Chicken Cobb Salad, crispy hot spicy chicken filet ...fresh greens, tomatoes, cheese, boiled egg, carrots and creamy ranch dressing...my friends had the jalapeño burger, a bacon burger ...lots of bacon with all the fresh shredded lettuce, tomato and onion ...French fries were just that...the cool thing was when the condiment chick came by with all your extra condiments and napkins ...that was a nice touch ..quite the line for food into the tables where people are eating ...i kinda like my own space when I enjoy my food ..so didn 't care for that too much ...overall I loved trying new places on our road trip!

I love this place the people that work there most know my name. Order online most of the time.the food is good and ordering online they seldom get my order wrong. I go in to eat as I don't like eating in my car

Terrible service! We went in at 3:15am, before a flight out that morning. I placed my order online to be ready between 3:06am--3:16am, sausage biscuit, coffee, water, breakfast bowl w/no cheese and I paid extra for bacon. It took several minutes for my husband to even be acknowledged at the counter. Our order didn't come out until 3:31am and they put cheese on the breakfast bowl and I didn't even get the bacon I paid extra for! Don't stop at this Whataburger early in the morning, drive on down the road to the next Whataburger!
