Bidra med feedbackA impeccable service, good eating, excellent weine, beautiful restaurant. la taverna del leon is a “classical” great restaurant in South Mexico City. Chef monica patiño creates modern Mexican dishes and much more. I have been in valle de bravo for several decades!
The place is beautiful, the menu is very original and eating was amazing. the service was excellent, we were kindly visited by jonathan.
This restaurant is a 100% guarantee for service, tasteful dishes, exceptional ambiente. it is a stylish place, not elegant. their menu is updated regularly, in consideration of the celebration, season, traditions. Mexican cosine with international ingredients and aromen tinted. desserts are a must. my option is the traditional...Pavlova under monica patiño.
Delicious food, great service, quite let and wish I could have eaten more. Portions are reasonable, but definitiw not great, and the aromes are subtle.
Had lunch yesterday and the food and service were as excellent as always.The duck tacos and the beef carpaccio were absolutely marvellous and the puntas of steak were lovely.The only bad thing Is that we had to have 3 different wines, as every one we ordered was the last one. One should think that the waiter tells you that when you are ordering.Anyway, it sure was a pleasant experience and I will certainly be back soon.
