Cicis Pizza - Alvin

This restaurant appears to have made some improvements. The kids had a good time, and I noticed that they were actively cleaning. While it's not on the same level as Papa John's, it offers great value for the price.

I recently visited the pizza buffet, which offers lunch or dinner for just $5.99, with the option to add soda if you like. There are plenty of options to choose from, and a wide variety of fresh pizzas are continually being brought out. The salad bar was well-stocked and fresh, and for dessert, there were cinnamon pizza rolls – a nice touch, although I noticed there were no brownies available. The staff was attentive, consistently cleaning up after guests. However, I did find that the men's restroom had a strong odor. Overall, it was a good experience!

I had the worst service experience! It is completely unacceptable to take your own tip. My mother came to pick up the food that I had ordered, and when she went inside, a staff member informed her that her change was considered her tip. If someone doesn’t want to leave a tip, you shouldn't assume you can just take it for yourself! That's not how it works. You're being paid an hourly wage for a reason.

No selection of food. The little bit of food that was out was old. I was there for 30 minutes and they never put any brownies or apple desert. Almost all of their sodas were out I haven't been here in a while until today and I don't know if it's new management or if cicis just isn't the same anymore. I'm not one to write bad reviews but it was SO NOT worth the money

There I was calling cicis and they didn't answer the phone so I figured they were busy so I decided to wait 5 mins then called again and still no answer so after about 7 to 8 times I called and on the last one they hung up so I went to pizza hut and guess wut they answered on the FIRST TRY!!
