Subway - Alvin

I spent over $17 on two sandwiches at this restaurant, only to be very disappointed when I got home and saw them. The chicken bacon ranch sandwich had no ranch dressing and the cheese I asked for was overwhelming. The other sandwich had a thin piece of roast beef. I feel like I wasted $17 on these sandwiches. If the restaurant wasn't 12 miles away, I would have returned them. I made the mistake once, but I won't make it again. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

After multiple visits, it's clear that their favorite sandwich option is unbeatable with the perfect combination of bread and filling.

I always go to that Subway because I consider it one of the cleanest. Today I went and had to tell the employee that I did not want the sandwich because it had a fly and she just shook it with the intention of continuing to make the same sandwich. I had to tell her I didn't want it.

I placed an online order for pickup and my order was ready on time. However, when I got home, I found that the meat in my protein dish was overcooked and tasted terrible. I attempted to provide feedback by phone, but nobody answered. They seem to value customer feedback at all their other locations, but not this one.
