Ihop - Amarillo

I receive an online order here and I was advised that they have a new cook in the kitchen that fully understand. But this cook has a mouth. What I have heard, he tells the waitress when he listens to a pick-up order, then he has to wait what I didn't say, but the waitress advised the cook that I said a 10 minutes wait, that he will be back, that it will be more than 10 minutes, so that I just wait patiently. Then I heard the waitress asked if the cook received the reception and his answer was yes, but I did not start working on it yet. The waitress came by to apologize for the waiting period and to offer me a drink and I rejected the drink and advised waitress, the cook is just a little mouthful with an attitude. Then a few minutes later the waitress asked on the order and advise Koch to put an eile on the order and his answer was what?! Everyone on the team must understand that everyone plays a role in customer service and must be part of the team instead of showing their attitude towards other team members and customers.

Dirty silverware I got it from the dishwasher this time !!! This was the second set of silverware and they were still gross!!!! Floaties in the drinks lip prints on the glasses and the food was cold sweet tea wasn 't even sweet do not go here eat at home you 'll be okay

In a nutshell, it was awful. The place was filthy and fly infested, the service was horrible, and the food was cold! Plus the youth chubby male employee walking around with waistband almost to his knees!! I don't want to see some kid's ass while I'm eating. We won't be back again! P.S. the only reason they got 1 star was because there is no option for ZERO!!!

We sat and waited. We were finally told that the kitchen was closed to wait the customers, you were ONLY FILLING TO GO ORDERS!!! The waitress said they asked the management to shut down orders, no tips there, but they said no.

While Chad, our waiter, was excellent, our food was a different story. Our food tasted terrible, underboiled and was hardly what I would call edible. Again Chad was a champ as waiter, the rest of our experience was not what we will ever call acceptable. During the meal, I did not see a manager who had helped the staff with everything necessary because he was shorthanded. Our bus hop also had a posture from the beginning, but we were well informed about a small waiting. “Small Waiting” was waiting in an hour to get our food. This visit was not worth the $60 we spent.
