Pescaraz Italian - Amarillo

We came here on a Saturday for lunch and it was a great experience. Jordan our server is was very pleasant and attentive. My only drawback, and it's not a fault of the restaurant, is that they are short staffed in the kitchen and that caused them to not be able to customize menu items. Overall I will still keep coming here and I hope their staffing issues clear up soon. Unfortunately, I don't see that happening as it's an issue nation wide.

Sauces done really well are memorable!! Bread twists. Fast friendly waitresses kept our glasses full and brought our food out hot (not room temp like some places that leave it on the counter for 15 mins before serving. Be ready to bring some home ; they serve generous portions. Happily the prices were reasonable.

I visited this restaurant for the first time to celebrate my sister's birthday. Upon arrival, the hostess informed us that there would be a short wait, but it ended up taking longer than expected. We could hardly hear when names were called for seating. Once we were finally seated, we were promptly given breadsticks. A few moments later, our server came to take our drink orders. It became clear how busy the restaurant was, which explained why we didn’t see much of our server. The food was fantastic! The only disappointment was that I had originally wanted to order Stuffed Shells, but they no longer serve them. Instead, I ordered Chicken Alfredo with shrimp added. I also had a Sweet Tea, which I really enjoyed, especially considering I’m very particular about my Sweet Tea. Overall, it was a delicious experience, and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I ordered the Salmon Special, and it was absolutely divine. The food was served piping hot, and they continually brought us more garlic bread. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and efficient, and the other staff members who assisted us were equally impressive, especially since we were a large group. They frequently checked in to ensure we were doing well and if we needed anything else. As someone from out of town and a larger city, I've never experienced such excellent and prompt service before. Kudos to your team for making this establishment such a success!

Pescaraz and Tonya provide an amazing dining experience! The chicken cacciatore is delicious, and the rich ricotta cannelloni is a real treat. The house salad paired with their homemade ranch dressing makes for a perfect combination.
