Bidra med feedbackThe barista at the drive-thru handed me my coffee, but the lid was loose, and it spilled all over me. I understand that mistakes happen, but I wasn't even offered an apology for handing me an open cup and ruining my clothes. It felt like she was trying to act like nothing had happened. I don't ask for much, but a simple apology for such a clear mistake would have gone a long way. Instead, I'm going to reach out to corporate to address this lack of consideration.
I usually don't write negative reviews, but this experience really warrants one. My drink was already prepared and sitting on the counter, yet they didn't offer to hand it to me. It ended up being watered down and melted (I had ordered an iced drink). I had to stand at the counter to grab it myself; if I hadn't approached them, I doubt I would have ever received it. Every person who queued up after me got their drinks first, while mine was just left there waiting. The customer service was disappointing as well. I wasn't about to go back and ask for another drink only to receive the same poor service. Unfortunately, this is what I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.
This location is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. But please get the property manager to fix the huge pothole in the drive thru, this is the only reason I won't come back. You need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get out of it!!!!
I got beyond customer service this morning by Jayden! He was friendly and the fact he ask about my day and was talking to me about it while he was working getting my food ready WOW! He just made so easy and was able to handle everything with a big smile ?
Wonderful service. Iliana and the crew was excellent. All of this great service at 5:00 a.m.!
