Sushi Hatsu - AMBLER

The sushi, sashimi, and maki at this restaurant are incredibly fresh and delicious, prepared beautifully. We definitely plan on returning.

The sushi is a bit on the pricey side, but the fact that it's BYOB definitely helps. The atmosphere inside is cool and inviting.

Really enjoyed our meal here. The service was wonderful too.

This is some of the finest Japanese restaurants on the East coast. The Asian fusion mixed with traditional Japanese dishes makes for a great dining experience. The owner and staff are so engaging and make you want to come back every week.

There is not one bad thing I could say about our experience at Sushi Hatsu! Everything was absolutely incredible! Everything they have there they make themselves, and it was phenomenal. It was the BEST sushi I have ever had! Not to mention how INCREDIBLE the desserts were! I will most definitely be back!!!!
