Went on the day of the restaurant reopening.the welcome and perfect all smiles. A sangria served with some olives and then a paella everything was perfect, the paella and served very copyy and tasteful, it and pedro himself who cooks it and very good. perfect Catalan cream dessert.
My second visit to Can Mach within a weekThis time, I ordered the Catalan- style escargotRich tomato sauce with bits of sausage in it.
What a gem in the Pyrenees! Can Mach may very well be the only game in town, but it's well worth a trip from elsewhere.
