Panda Express - American Fork

The family meal was not well packaged. Usually they place the food in a bag and tie the top and place a sticker on it. We had none of that this time. Food was loose. Boxes opened. Rice and chicken spilling out. In the past it was carefully packaged.

I ordered fried rice x2 and got noodles x2 not happy with this ordered

The rice was undercooked and the teriyaki chicken didn’t even have any teriyaki sauce! I had to add my own. I will definitely not be ordering from Panda again.

I really enjoy eating at Panda Express, but I wish the staff would establish consistent portion sizes. Every time I place my order, even though I usually get the same items, the portions vary greatly. I can receive anywhere from three to six shrimp, which is quite inconsistent. It would be great if they could implement some standard measurements.

The wontons were inedible and extremely hard, as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. There was no offer of compensation or redelivery. Overall, the food did not justify the price. I was disappointed.
