Pier 49 Pizza - American Fork

We ordered two pizzas and, although this is usually our favorite pizza place, this time it was different. Our order arrived late (20 minutes late), the pizzas had barely any toppings, and the crust was only a third of the size of the pizza itself. In our last two orders, we were satisfied, but this time we were quite disappointed.

I'm not particularly impressed with this location. We placed our order and took a seat, but there was no one else in the restaurant. After 20 minutes, they accidentally served our pizza to the wrong table, which we noticed immediately. They then told us that it needed to be remade and baked again. Why didn't they confirm with the other table that it was their order before serving it to them? We had three hungry, restless kids with us, and when we voiced our frustration, their response was to offer us mints. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. I gave it three stars solely for the pizza, which, despite the long wait, was delicious.

The pizza is so good! We ordered two using a coupon. The presentation of the pizza was awesome. The vegetables were bright, beautiful, and plentiful!!! The mints were a nice way to finish our meal. Also, the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this place. It is worth the money.

Probably one of the worst pizza places I?ve ever tried. Cheese looked old, pepperoni looked undercooked. Overall the pizza was a mess and to make things worse our 2 litter soda was already expired. I?m always looking for a new pizza place and this isn?t it. This place can?t even follow instructions when I said no mushrooms and no olives!

It has been years since I ate at a Pier 49, and it was great! We purchased a medium Trolley, but subbed out the red sauce for alfredo, and it was amazing. Their pizza is pretty high quality, and a nice break from some of the fast casual pizzerias that are popping up. I think it was well worth the price. Will be back often : .
