Today my boyfriend and I came in today. There was only one person working after everyone bailed on her. She did great by herself and got everyone through the line pretty swiftly.
Beyond ridiculous wait time sub quality food. Spend $42 on 3 sandwiches. Bread was dry.
Love jersey Mike's but be careful at this one. If you mobile order, there's like a 70% chance that you are not getting what you ordered. Been ordering there for a while and my last 8-10 orders have either not had what I ordered on the sandwich or they give me the wrong chips.
We went there for the first time recently and our subs were excellent. The only downfall was we didn't get much explained to us and we weren't quite sure what we were doing. The employees were very nice, but they seemed very distracted from their jobs.
