Red Lobster - Ames

I dined at the restaurant in Victorville, CA, on July 31. I attempted to order the Crab Fettuccini but was informed that crab meat has been removed from the menu. I was quite disappointed, as that dish is my favorite! Instead, I ordered the Chicken Fettuccini. It was good, but it just doesn’t compare to the Crab Fettuccini. I wanted to express my feelings about this menu change. Thank you, Sandra Sturgeon.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, thanks to the excellent service and delicious food. There was plenty of nearby parking, and both the restrooms and the restaurant were very clean. The only downside was being seated next to a large, noisy group, which was a bit inconvenient given the ample seating available. Our waiter, Jacob, was fantastic and attentive. The menu is extensive, featuring special lunch options and daily specials, though some items are on the pricier side. Overall, I highly recommend it!

I can't praise the amazing service we experienced at this location enough! We'll definitely be coming back in the future!

During our visit, the restaurant did an excellent job of ensuring customer safety against COVID. The service we received was outstanding; our waiter skillfully kept our drinks filled without being intrusive. Additionally, the food was both delicious and reasonably priced.

We had a very good experience here. Our waitress did a great job taking care of us. She was pleasant, positive and provided us with great service. The food was good. We will all go back.
