Earthfoods Cafe - Amherst

I share some of the concerns of other reviewers regarding the presentation and preparation, which can occasionally be a bit haphazard due to limited guidance from the university. However, they do accept YCMP swaps, which is a plus for students enrolled in the (often overpriced) campus meal plan. They post their weekly menu on social media, and they have some cult favorites that tend to sell out before their 3 PM service. Some of my personal favorites include the Mac Squash, Lasagna, Lavender Cupcakes, and of course, the classic Rice, Beans, and Kale. I’ve introduced several friends to Earthfoods, and most have enjoyed the experience, though one friend who doesn’t like vegetarian food wasn't a fan. Overall, this is definitely one aspect of my college experience that I will miss the most.

Delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes! Although I can be a bit of a picky eater, this restaurant consistently offers unique flavors. The atmosphere is enjoyable, making it a great spot to work if you need to. The staff is wonderful, too!

The staff is fantastic and they prioritize the well-being of their customers over making money.
