If you appreciate delicious Black Angus steak, maple crusted salmon, fantastic perch, a twice baked stuffed potato, perfectly steamed fresh vegetables, and the best French Onion soup that rivals Ye Ol Steak House of Windsor, then this is the place for you! The Sunday morning breakfast buffet is excellent and reasonably priced. The staff is incredibly friendly. I adore that the decor has remained unchanged—it's just as charming now as it was in the sixties! I will be extremely sad if it is sold.

Took my family last Friday to dinner. Was an early dinner so the place was empty, at first. Service was good but the atmosphere was poor. I do not think this place has seen an update in 30 to 40 years. The food was average, the gravy was "canned" but "doctored"Would I go back - NO

Would never go back. Worse food ever. Hear it's up for sale. Now I know why. Wait staff had no clue. Food horrible

We have noticed the portions are not as large as they used to be, the baked potato with our steak was very tiny and the veggies were small. The waitress brought our steaks and mixed up our order, and because it is quite dim in lighting I ate his and vice versa, Should have been more careful and know who had medium rare and who had medium before it left the kitchen. We will not return because of the portions being so skimpy. Too bad because we always left a great tip and gave them good business.

We have been many times. Expect the atmosphere to be pleasant the décor is country "duck" feel. They have a chef the quality is excellent. They light a candle on the table nice ambience. Pat, the owner stops to check on your experience. Sunday brunch is very good with delicious omelettes made to order. So fresh ymmm.
