I asked the manager to cook my chicken a bit longer to ensure it was well done, but instead, he chose to refund me the $87. The service from the staff was quite poor overall. I would advise against dining here; the chicken I received was undercooked and bled when I took a bite. Food: 1/5, Service: 1/5, Atmosphere: 1/5.

I spent 46$ on chicken and I was told it is CORPORATE POLICY that they are not allowed to give you no more than 2 sauces per meal! Are we rationing barbeque sauce now, KFC?

The next day, when I went to pick up the replacement, they had everything ready for me without any issues. However, when I got home, I was disappointed to find that the portion was only a quarter of the bowl—not even half! There was also barely any extra chicken; in fact, there was almost none at all. I paid $22 for a meal that had to be thrown away, and then I came back to receive only a quarter of the amount I ordered along with one piece of chicken. I will not be returning to this location; I’d rather drive the extra miles to eat somewhere else.
