Order for delivery . my order looks like someone had not finished eating and they put it in the box. where is my salad from the order?

I ordered food for the evening through DoorDash, and when it arrived, it was cold. I don’t understand why they think it's acceptable to send lukewarm food, especially knowing it will cool down even more by the time it gets to me. They really need to ensure that the food is hot when it’s dispatched. The meal was not as good as I had experienced before, and I won’t be returning.

Terrible experience. I waited nearly two hours for my food, and the customer service was lacking—staff were not even polite. They had run out of what we ordered, despite placing our order two hours ahead of time. When our food finally arrived, the meat was tough and dry, making it inedible. To make matters worse, nothing was seasoned. I honestly want a refund; I feel like I wasted $40.

To start the restaurant is super under staffed right now I’m and that’s understandable but the manager yelled at the hostess right in front of me and 6 other people waiting for Togo orders. My order was messed up and they said it wasn’t a problem and they would remake it. I get the nachos all the time and this time there was more carrots from the salad mix then there was cheese and there was no sauce. It was salad mix on chips with the smallest amount of cheese possible and a little chicken. It’s one thing to take 2 hours to make nachos and when they said 15 minutes but it was almost sad how bad everything was. The management clearly needs to get it together and I feel bad for that poor hostess who was being terrorized by management and the impatient customers.

Food is ok. The FD in Idaho Falls is in the Johnny Carino's. Weird! And there is no indication anywhere of this fact. So.....when you use Google maps it takes you to Johnny Carino's. There is no signage to indicate that. ??
