Hardee’s - Amory

The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was slow but we went off hours so it wasn't unexpected. However. the gentleman at the window apologized and our food was all hot and fresh. I would visit the location in Amory, MS again.

Hot n fresh breakfast. I really like the steak biscuit n hot hashbrowns.

Went to eat there this evening and the woman at the drive thru window was very rude and not paying attention. When my order was handed out the window there was no thanks come again or anything. Just an arm and not as much as a look. I said “thanks” just to see if I would get a reply. Something was mumbled but I couldn’t make it out. She failed to give me back my credit card so I had to drive almost another 30 minutes to get it back. When I called to make sure it was there she told me that I drove off before she could give it to me cause they were busy. That’s a lie. The policy is to return the card before the food is handed to the customer. One car behind me at drive thru and no customers inside. When I got back to store the same woman said she was the store manager but refused 2 times to give me her name. By the time I got home the food was cold and the ice was melted. Hardee’s is probably the most expensive fast food place in amory but the service sure doesn’t reflect what we are paying. The woman who claimed to be manager is a big black woman who was on duty April 4th 8pm
