First time in and def won't be my last! LOVE the bread, fresh ingredients, and the flavors. A thousand times better than subway. To-go's was my go-to for a LONG time but it's far because there aren't many left which is totally inconvenient and they aren'teven that great anymore. FIREHOUSE IS BOMB tho! Will be returning soon. An outstanding sandwich place for when you 're tired of Subway. We got the Italian on white and The smokehouse brisket, also on white bread. Both were fantastic! From the meat to the cheese to the sauce, all wrapped up in fresh bread. This is definitelynot an everyday spot, but it is perfect for those I need something to pick me up kind of days. It is a little bit pricey for asandwich place, but you are paying for quality. Also if you 're dining in or on the patio they have one of those touch screendrink fountains that have some 130 different flavors and flavor combinations. So have fun with that. Overall pretty goodservice. They did let us know there would be a wait since they had to actually cook the food, But it was done sooner than whatthey quoted. My advice get the large sandwich no chips no drink. Because that sandwich is going to be all you need.

Overall it was a great experience. The subs were better than Subway's for just a little more money. The online ordering worked flawlessly and the contactless pick up was very easy. The Hero sub was very good it had a good amount of meet and the flavorsall come together good. The Club on a Sub was good but it was off little but that may have been my fault because I added oiland vinegar and that made the sub a bit too wet. I'm use to subway but these sub had more meet and less bread so they are notas dry and don't need the extra oil vinager.

Food is so good. Only problem I had was one of the food preps kept swinging her hair. I asked her to please not do that and to tie up her hair before she took care of my sandwich. She giggled and kept on. I was polite and made sure only she heard me so Iwouldn't get her in trouble. Rude little girl. SAME LOCATION DIFFERENT YOUNG LADY.The young ladies NEED to wear hair ties orstop swinging their hair all over the place while preparing food. This time the young lady took off her hat pulled her hair outof the hair tie and processed to fix her hair while standing next to the food I and all of us will be eating. Nasty, disgustingand uncalled for. Im sure there's a break room or she could have gone to the restroom.
