Huckleberry's Breakfast Lunch - Anaheim

Everyone in my group enjoyed their meals, and all dishes were served hot. I ordered the sausage link plate, but it arrived cold. Two of us requested eggs over medium, and they were served very runny and undercooked. Additionally, two members of our group arrived later, and although they received their coffee quickly, it took a while for their orders to be taken. Overall, the service was good, and the coffee was also excellent!

This place is a charming spot for brunch. They offer a select drink menu, particularly their mimosas, and have a unique Bloody Mary option. I tried the swamp tea, which was excellent. I ordered the huckleberry French toast, while my partner had the shrimp and grits. The food was quite good! Our waiter, Alfred, was absolutely fantastic—he made sure our experience was enjoyable and delivered everything perfectly. The customer service here is exceptional; the staff takes great care of you. The restaurant itself is busy but clean, and it's a nice venue for brunch. If you're in the area and looking for a bite to eat, definitely stop by and check them out—you won't be disappointed!

I'm giving this place 5 stars for the food, but only 3 stars for the service. The food was delicious, and my mimosas were fantastic. I made my own omelette, and it was bursting with flavor. The beignets were delightful, especially with the dipping options. I had intended to order crepes since I love them, which was the main reason I chose this restaurant, but unfortunately, they had run out. Our waiter was friendly and took our order promptly, but after that, we didn't see him again. I had to flag down someone else to ask for syrup for the waffles and a water refill. We also needed to request our check and parking validation from another server since our waiter never returned.
