This taco has its tags where it has fast service and great customer service. other days it is under the average, they either always forget about my order or take forever in the drive thru. and if you get ur food, it looks like that.
I have fed food for my roommate and I'm sure I'm staying inside while I'm positive for kovid testing. we only have a total of 6 articles. no crazy number. and asked for a handful of mild and hot sauce packages for us to use. they have forgotten 2 of the 6 tacos. gave us two mild hot sauce packages and no serviettes to use. then we go to open our tacos and both crispy tacos that we can not even eat normally, we had to eat with forks. how come onnn youngs. it is not difficult to give attention when food packaging is especially when there are a few. how did they miss 1/3 of a small order and no sauces?
I usually don’t write reviews, whether they’re positive or negative, but this time I feel I need to make an exception. I ordered seven items, and the chalupa was hard and dry, almost like cardboard. The meat was disappointing, and to top it off, they got the drinks wrong. For a $40 order, I was really let down. Next time, I think I’ll just stick with chalk to save money for my lady.
I had a terrible experience with the customer service! The staff member was quite rude. It seemed like they never received my order, and they tried to charge me again. I ordered inside the restaurant and even showed my receipt, but the employee didn't believe me. When I requested a cup holder, he practically tossed it at me. They really need to improve their staff!
