Bidra med feedbackI really sympathize with the staff at this restaurant who work hard to keep the place clean and the food flowing. Unfortunately, it feels like this location has become a hangout for some unsavory characters, including drug dealers and homeless individuals. I think it would be wise to hire a security guard to alleviate some of the pressure on the employees and create a more comfortable dining environment for everyone. Thank you!
I really love Taco Bell. Though a few minutes ago I went to this location and it felt like there was only 1 person working. Not only that it took long for my food, but the sauce for my Nacho Fries was practically empty, way less than half. The food was good though, but that's every Taco Bell.
Terrible service, no one even greets upon trying to ordering and the cashier was on a call on her cell phone while taking my order! Then I find this in my food. HORRIBLE! DISGUSTING! Zero stars
The service was awful. I ordered taquitos through the app at noon, and they didn't even have the oil ready to cook them. What's the point of using the app if I still have to wait for my food? I eventually told them to just cancel my order. I won't be returning to Taco Bell again. The service is subpar, and the staff clearly doesn't care.
I have never experienced such frustrating customer service as I did at this Taco Bell today. I placed an order through the Taco Bell app and arrived at the location just a few minutes later. One employee informed me that they didn’t have my order yet and asked me to wait a few more minutes. After pulling out of the parking lot and waiting for about five minutes, I returned to pick up my food. However, another person at the drive-thru speaker told me they still had not received my order. I provided them with my order number and confirmation, requesting that they at least start my order since I had already paid. To my dismay, a third employee came on the speaker midway through my request to inform me that they had no record of my order and couldn’t fulfill it. I believe this last person was a supervisor. I couldn't understand why it was so difficult to simply make my food. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, I ultimately decided to place an order at a different location. This experience was absolutely ridiculous, and I will definitely not be returning to this Taco Bell. It’s no surprise they have such a low rating with a team like this.
