Tangerine Room - Anaheim

We went to the brunch and that was all really good. the service was also stellar. we celebrated the 73rd birthday of my grandmother and our waitress sue was so pleasant and made our brunch special. I was told that they usually do not make birthday arrangements during the breakfast hours, but sue did it and we are so grateful.

Beautiful dining room and food to match. Everything was cooked to perfection and the plating was very fine.

I understand New Year's day business aspect.. But to forget a basic toast order wasn't good part on the waitress..But overall Leah the receptionist at the front was very gracious and welcoming to myself and my date..Leah is very attentive and knows her clients well.. As well as the valet parking service in the front..Nick and the team are top notch... I still rate the Tangerine Room a 5 star based upon my previous experiences... Still the best in all of Anaheim if not the OC........ Appreciate the staff..

My friends and I came here for the NYE dining experience. The service was absolutely terrible. They took forever for everything. When we first arrived and were seated the restaurant was pretty empty. They didn't really serve us individually. Half the time they gave it to one person and told them to pass down the dish. They poured water in one of my friend's cocktails they had just received. They removed the drink after we told them and never replaced it. We were then charged for it. I had to ask them twice to remove the drink from our bill. It took about 10 mins to fix the bill the first time and over 20 mins the second time. Absolutely terrible service and the food was mediocre. I would not recommend this restaurant.
