Bidra med feedbackI was so excited to bring my friend here for the first time. I have fled the experience and quality of food. My friend said it was just very expensive top races. Our bill was over 100 for two of us and they were from many articles. The steps were neither explained nor were the ingredients and how they mix differently. He was too hot and mine was up enough. Try to take the soup home at the end and they give us 2 containers while they have always helped beautifully in the soup bc the bowls are hot. Not sure it was just a night, but unfortunately I don't think we'll be back.
We were seated very quickly and it was a very quiet and pleasant ambiance. The food was fresh and tasty and the staff was friendly.
Food was good, but very overpriced. Service amazingly slow. Waited 20 mins for hot sake $16 for a “large” carafe, smaller than a half bottle of wine) and were told “he’s making it in the back”. After another 20-30 mins, main courses arrived. A few minutes after that, appetizers arrived. Probably won’t go back, even though food was excellent, sushi/sashimi extremely fresh and many choices.
The experience here was not the same as I remember. The waitress didn’t seem happy to be there. The food took an hour to get to us. We order Shabu so we weren’t sure what could be taking so long. Also, the restaurant wasn’t busy, especially considering it was a Friday night. The boba we ordered took an hour as well. I thought the food had a salty taste and the vegetables did not appear to be fresh. Overall it was surprisingly different experience from the times we had been there in the past. We were told by the waitress that there is new owner, that may account for the change is service level and food quality.
