Urbana Mexican Gastronomy - Anaheim

The prices were a bit high for what you get, but the food was quite tasty. I appreciated the ambiance and the fact that they have a dedicated seating area just for their customers. The tacos were definitely the highlight!

The food was delicious, and the space and theme were absolutely beautiful! My only issue was that it seemed a bit understaffed. Our waitress, whom we really liked, was so busy running around that she didn’t notice us waiting for a table for quite a while.

Flavorless and overpriced! It may claim to be Mexican-inspired, but it lacks any real Mexican flavor. The quesadilla with pastor comes with chunky pieces of meat that are tasteless, and it's served with a salsa de arbol that resembles nothing more than infused oil. Don't be misled by the pretty pictures! I gave it 2 stars only because they made an effort.

The drinks were great, the Paloma I ordered was refreshing. I also ordered the oysters. Fresh and delicious. I love spicy, so I suggest to order the spicy house sauce and add a little dab. next we ordered the Mol Tacos, while the tortillas, where fresh and Mol had great taste the chicken was to crush. Oh, I forgot that we ordered the corn that was great reminds me of my moms corn.

They don?t do any substitutions or leave things off etc. This tells me they pre-make their food. Their house margarita was so sweet I almost spit it out but?we?d been traveling a long time so I drank it anyway hoping for some alcohol content and I was mostly disappointed.
