Carl's Jr - Anchorage

The food is Carl 's Jr food, so if you like it, you 'll get what you are looking for. However, don 't use the drive thru. This place rarely gets your order correct. On our most recent visit, because I really wanted a Monster Biscuit, when we got our food, they used a bag that was too small. The hash rounds were practically spilling out of the top. There was no logistical way to unpack the bag in the front seat to check our order. Got home missing a Monster Biscuit. When I called all I got was sorry, sorry. Finally she agreed to, in her words, replace the biscuit. How can you replace something that was never there to begin with? I drove back, taking an extra 20 minutes out of my day while my family ate their breakfast before it got cold. I picked up my biscuit, which is now sitting on the counter because I am too unhappy with them to enjoy it. If you want Carl 's Jr, sure you can go here, but double check your order. Every. Time.

Clean restaurant, quick service, decent food at a decent price. Will eat here again for some quick food.

I patiently stood in line, was never welcomed and asked if I was ready to order.... I stood there 7-8 minutes then asked the Counter Person who had just been standing there the entire time if anyone was going to help me... her reply was I 'm waiting with no further explanation... after another 5 minutes gies by then another Employee in back walked to the counter and asked if I 'd been helped and I said no... the 1st Employee just literally rolled her eyes at me !! I said I 'm angry, I want the Managers Card and she said she didn 't have one, I then asked for the number and she flicked her thumb and said it 's on the wall.... I left at this point...

This is the second time 3:30p on Friday I ordered 3 pc. Chicken Tenders to go. I drove to my eating pandemic outdoor spot nearby to catch the sunset to eat my food in the vehicle. The food was dry, cold and far from tender ! Not only that I asked for 3 pc not 5 !! I was charged $5- without drink or fries ! My first time with the great Tenders were over a year ago and loved every bite. So this last time I got the old stuff that was sitting ! Beware before you leave the Carls Jr. to check your food !!!! Also I walked in to order and not a drive-thru. Very careless employees !

The staff didn’t even know what they were doing it and they took forever to gave us the food and ended up giving us the wrong food, they didn’t give me my baby’s chicken tender the fries were cold and disgusting
