Copper River Seafoods Corporate Campus

This company is scamming individuals. I do not recommend purchasing from this store/website. The website advertises that there is a big sale and to get a good deal. However, when I purchased IKURA(SALMON ROE) KA Grade, I was informed later on that the item was out of stock AFTER I completed the payment and order. The listing did NOT state that it was out of stock or a pre order. Luckily I was refunded, but it does not make sense why they allow you to purchase an out of stock item. They entice people to buy their products but they do not have certain products available.

I just want to say I was in Alaska this past May and June and I bought a sampler of three of your products and I just opened my first jar of the Alder smoked salmon and WOW it IS GOOD !! Love it ! I'm sure the others will be just as good!! Great product !! Thank you! Linda in Vermont!

The vacuum sealed fish didn't even stay vacuumed. There were holes in the bags, and I'm pretty sure I didn't even get all my fish back

Horrible service. I had planned to send AK seafood to family this past Christmas. After calling Copper River Seafoods and confirming the seafood would arrive before Dec. 25th , I ordered over 300 online w/ a Xmas Eve delivery. The day before Xmas eve I get a voicemail stating due to a company decision your orders will not ship until Dec 29th. By this point, it was too late to order from anyone else and get it delivered on-time, so I ended up looking like the jacka with gifts showing up a week after Xmas. Copper River gave no explanation, no apologies, and obviously couldn 't have cared less whether they met the deadlines they had promised me prior to placing my order.

Pretty good prices for fish processing, and a nice array of smoking options. Does require a 20# minimum, but has the lowest cost for lox for you East Coasters and Jewish deli-types. Staff is really nice and seems very knowledgeable.
