Dave Buster's - Anchorage

I’ve been reflecting on last week’s birthday celebration and wanted to share my experience. A few days before the event, I called to reserve a table and explained my requests to the manager. On the day of the celebration, they did an excellent job, and within an hour, a table was ready for us. I was able to set up decorations, and our host Alyssa was fantastic. We had a party of 16, and there were no complaints about the food or drinks. The atmosphere was contemporary and lively, making it a perfect spot for enjoying Sunday football games. The vibe was great, and the drink specials were impressive. I would definitely recommend this place!

The service was a bit slow. The fries were overly salty, and the burger was quite tough. The food was warm but could have been served hotter. However, the kids enjoyed playing the games!

Fantastic atmosphere! The service was friendly and incredibly helpful! The chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious! I'm back here again! The games were a lot of fun, and the staff was super welcoming. We were short 40 tickets, and the wonderful lady at the counter covered it for us, which made my son's week! We'll definitely be coming back!

Our server Jessica was friendly and recommended some great drinks! We were even able to get our power cards from her. Our kids had a great time 10 out of 10 will be back!

Worst experience. Me and my friends went and we all ordered chicken tender meals for one the fries were way to salted and the chicken tenders were a joke hardly any chicken and very dry. When I tried calling the manager which I did she explained there 's nothing I can do as you didn 't asked or a manager in the beginning or mentioned it to our server 's. which we did by the way because our server noticed right off the bat that our two gentleman didn 't even eat their food because the chicken stripes were very dry and very small and the fries were over seasoned. When I called the manager dshone she stated that this isn 't the first time and that we should have asked for a manager and we did express that the food and drinks were appalling and she just smiled and said, she 's busy and has half the dinner to herself. But when I looked she didn 't and when I explained to the supervisor she laughed at me and said that I needed to get a manager right away at that point which I tried and no one came up. Tell me is this worth $13.00 .
