Dave Buster's Anchorage

I had a pleasant experience at the venue, and the service was commendable. My work group visited during a less busy time. The food was decent—w e tried the appetizers, sliders, and chicken strips. I found the chicken strips to be a bit on the dry side, but the parmesan fries were excellent.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. I enjoyed playing some fun games, and it was very convenient to be able to simply swipe my phone to participate. The food was also really nice!

I had one of the worst dining experiences I've ever encountered. The waitstaff were decent, but the kitchen struggled to deliver the food on time and correctly. The fries weren't the ones I ordered; when they finally arrived, they were cold. The burger, which I requested to be cooked medium, was nowhere near a safe temperature. To make matters worse, they sent out another burger that was very undercooked. It's important to note that both of these burgers were meant for children under 12. The first burger was partially eaten, but we refused to let anyone touch the second one; we even cut it in half out of sheer curiosity. The manager did try to make things right by not charging us for the meal, but it was still a huge disappointment, especially since it was one of the first gatherings with my extended family in a long time.

Going to Dave and Buster's on half-price Wednesdays is pretty much a routine thing in our household. While the game selection might seem limited to some, there is plenty of categories to choose from.However, one of the highlights of our evening is redeeming our hard earned tickets for two very tasty dinners. The food is delicious, and the service is always exceptional (shoutout to Abby.)All in all, Dave and Buster's has earned its' place in our weekly routine and consistently impresses us. 10/10.

Every year, different restaurants offered free food/meal for my birthday, but not a single item from Dave Buster's. Made a mistake celebrating here, no singing or free dessert at all!?????. Fish and Chips was yucky, but the Pretzel Appetizer was good. That is all I can recommend. Don't waste your time here.
