I called to make an order for delivery. The guy on the phone was very rude and didn't understand how to talk to people. Two hours later, I called back and said the order was placed as a pickup. From the original phone call it was clear that this was a delivery order, I gave a drop-off location. So you lose customers in a free market. Go somewhere else to the pizza.
