Little Italy - Anchorage

To define a finer atmosphere than many. cozy small and stab the imaginatiw. the food was good. but I wasn't super impressed by the tomato sauce. the texture and consistency was great, but the taste was not as vivid as I hoped from such a fine Italian restaurant. I also had Greek food. great, great selection. deep menu. total I really liked it. beautiful waitress.

Locally owned and operated for over 30 years I’m sure! They fought to stay open during Covid, and still managed to impress time and time again. Amazing food. Amazing drinks. The family and staff will make you feel like home.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in all of Alaska. Absolutely fantastic food each and every time I go there! The service is outstanding. The staff recognized me from my first visit and welcomed me back every time I walk through the doors whether I actually dine in or I just pick up food to eat at home. Everything I’ve tried has been phenomenal. The only reason I am even mildly upset about my experience here is that the first entrée was so good that I continued to order the exact same thing my first half a dozen times here and didn’t give myself the opportunity to explore more delicious options (and trust me, there are plenty). Last night, I was craving my favorite Italian dish, but was in the mood for pizza too. I ordered both, and was floored again that something as “simple” as pizza they could make better than I’ve ever tasted before. I can not recommend Little Italy highly enough! And to top it off, it’s a charming family owned gem. Absolutely love it there!

My husband and I love Little Italy/88th st Pizza.. It’s our favorite Italian restaurant in Alaska. We have never had a bad meal, or experience. The staff are all personable and friendly. The manger is also friendly and personable ; additionally he has perfected drinks and recipes. We don’t always do reviews; but this place is incredible and deserves the praise!

Fantastic Greek and Italian food, love the pizza as well as the Kabob dish. Excellent Baklava, nice and sticky like I like it. Service is good but the wait to sit down is a bit long sometimes. Highly recommend this place, its quaint and a bit out of the way but worth it.
