Natural Pantry - Anchorage

What an incredible restaurant! I could sense the strong ties to the local community here. It was like stumbling upon a haven of delicious food, with every corner offering something mouthwatering. They had all my favorite natural brands and more. The deli served scrumptious meats and the fruits and vegetables were especially fresh for Alaska. Their fresh food selection was top-notch, along with baked goods from a local bakery and great coffee. The staff was incredibly helpful and there was a lot of laughter in the air, with friends chatting and enjoying themselves. The atmosphere was warm and inviting all around.

I have been to this restaurant many times and always enjoy their healthy, tasty food options like soups, salads, and treats. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, even during busy lunch hours, the service remains good.

I visited the restaurant seeking Cherry juice. The friendly young lady working there was very helpful, offering me the choice between bottled concentrate or fresh fruit juice and explaining the difference to me. It was a shame to hear that the restaurant has been closed since the start of COVID, but I can understand the circumstances.

Me and my spouse used to eat their salad, and one of the cashier was so atrocious. We asked why she weighed the empty paper plate plus the sauce in a little plastic container and she was so anxious and even shaking when she answered they charged the extra sauce and the paper plate, we knew that we will only be paying the two salad in the brown container and okay to pay for the sauce, but talking to us in a rude way is not acceptable. So we talked to the manager and he said they don’t charge the empty paper plate, we complained how rude the cashier was. The cashier charged us $41.17 for the two salad, and this is fine with us but the customer service is disgusting.

I don't know why it's so hard to do it to go order at natural pantry. It takes forever if you stand in line and if you want to get something quick and want to be proactive and even offered to pay by phone they still won't take your order. Very frustrating.
