Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This location was a nice location at one time. It has severely deteriorated. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Definitely will never be back at this location!

Worst customer service. They act like you are a bother to them to give them your business.

I gave it 5 stars because of Ms. Elizabeth Cantaline. She is an absolute treasure. I worked 13 years in the restaurant industry, and speaking from experience, customer service can be hell but she handles it like a champ. Everytime we come in she has a smile on her face and knows we want before we even get there. She took the time out to get our name so she could greet us each time we come in. I wish more people in customer service took some advice from this girl. I know its hard, but sometimes all you can do is smile and pick your head up. She is an all around amazing asset to this company!
