Hotel Badus AG - Andermatt

This hotel refuses to take bicycles into your room, no matter how clean they are. They offer a locked garage, but this is inconvenient and insecure. I'd expect more from a hotel on an European cycling route at the very least, they should mention this in advance. Breakfast was great. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 5

Overall ok, especially with kids who can sleep in the same room as their parents. Breakfast is good, as you'd expect. One staff member refused to speak another language bit German and was kinda rude. Other staff members made the effort to speak English and were much more friendly. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 3

Es wäre so ein schönes Hotel... Aber es fehlt dir Liebe zum Detail. Die Zimmer sind sauber , aber das ganz ist zusammen gewürfelt. Ich fühlte mich nicht wohl. Service extrem freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet okay. Brot vom Vortag. Gipfeli hab ich auf Verlangen eins erhalten. Restaurant laut Geschirrspüler.... Schade Es hat noch soviel Luft nach oben. Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 3

The rooms are new and modern. The price is very fair. Pleasant breakfast in the attic with a good assortment. The staff is welcoming. The hotel is located next to the train station and ski lifts. We had a very pleasant stay.
