So we stay with our two fishes that we have not been able to finish At the end of the meal, the waitress (very nice) asks us if we enjoyed the meal, we explain to her the problem of cooking the 2 plates, she will talk to the boss, who comes back to see us but doesn’t take absolutely no account of our dissatisfaction by talking about the rosé fish at the stop! At the time of the check, idem. Don't trade anything! Thank you. Really bad
What a delight to eat this dorade cooked to perfection in this typical hut setting that reminded me of the edge guinguettes of the Loire), served directly by the bosses, a very warm and welcoming couple. Bravo to both of them for the service and to him for his night fishing! Note that it is one of the few huts where to eat fish, others only offer oyster tasting.
An excellent address, simple and authentic, where you taste freshly fished fish. The boss is very friendly and took the time to explain the difference between the gray, beard, royal dorade... After mussels in Spanish and a mulet ceviche in the entrance, our choice was on a bearded dorade and a grilled mule accompanied by a potato in the oven and cream. A delight! The whole watered with a small fishing return, a white wine we enjoyed very much.
This establishment had been advised by the owners of the guest house where we stayed. After a very good reception by phone for booking, we come in playful. The entrances (dry) are very good, the suite (Mulet) 2 out of 5 fishes are very pink at the stop. We specify to the server that is also the boss and the fisherman our disappointment. His answer is amazing: they eat like that. No extra cooking possible, the dishes being too much started. We wonder, the other fish in that case were they too cooked? We order a coffee that never happens, we go to the counter to settle and there again no consideration of our appreciation. I tell the attention of the famous owner-fisher that we are used to eating and cooking fresh fish, having studied in catering hotels and worked long years in the profession. It’s in the canteen that we don’t discuss what we’re serving at a table not in a restaurant. For the regulation there still no flexibility. Let's stay positive the frame is very beautiful.
We loved this dinner by the pool. The fishes are caught by the boss. Ultra fresh fish, fast service, very clean. The staff was very thoughtful. We'll be back. Thank you for this meal
