Captain D's Seafood Kitchen - Anderson

I put an order for a seafood festival, and when I got home, I realized that I didn't have my shrimps and crab cake, so I called the restaurant. I was greeted when I called and the lady was so sweet and understanding and said that she would like to replace my order and was so apologetic. I felt bad for calling, but she assured me I wasn't disturbing. My heart melted and I couldn't help but smile. I asked about her name and she said: Mickey, I apologized for the call again and she told me that it is okay and that she will make sure that I will take care of it. Thank you. You have no idea how much more I love Caption D’s. Thanks again!

This place has great workers with great attitudes. Always smiling. The food is good and the sweet tea is AMAZING.

The food was good and the workers were nice......but there was a younger kid working the register and drinks, not sure if he really worked there because he didn 't have a uniform on and he used his bare hands with the ice scooper.......fast food pet peeve, other than that, we went with it and the baked fish was delicious!

We went here at around 5:00pm with our group of 5. 3 kids. Two adults. It wasn't busy, but the cashier didn't ask us what we wanted to drink with our meals. The food came out quickly and we got some drinks. They have tartar sauce, Louisiana hot sauce, honey mustard and more when it comes to sauces. You typically get two veggie sides with each meals.

New cashier was still learning without help. Food was good and hot but most tables were dirty as was the end of the counter. You have a great product just need better customer service and cleaning.
