Hard Rock Cafe Andorra

Absolutely awful experience. I complained to Hard Rock through their Customer Satisfaction Survey and they ignored me. We saw a photo of Messi advertising a beautiful burger in the restaurant window and ordered two. When they arrived, they were a joke! Tiny and bore no resemblance to the advert. When we complained to the manager of the Andorra HRC, he just laughed and said, that 's marketing! We 've had decent experiences in the past but what with the poor treatment and lack of interest from Customer service, we won 't be going back.

Amazing service and one of the best HRC’s we have been to (we’ve been to a lot! very dog friendly and gave the dogs a big bowl of water each. Our server was very attentive and friendly and the food and drinks were great. Probably the best burger I’ve had at a HRC.

We came and the food we ordered was great and the service was attentive however we came especially for the baby back ribs which weren’t available, we also ordered a dessert and they had issues with their cream machine so it came without

Eating is good, not customer oriented. the waiter is king and destined to sit, bad voice. 2 different songs simultaneously

Really beautiful place! very dog-friendly! eating was excellent and the staff was really nice. highly recommended!
