It's not a culinary experience I had there, but when the restaurant was in full renovation in 2019. I worked there in electricity, the staff was very friendly and the very welcoming place. I'll taste good little dishes soon! I recommend.

The business model is certainly surprising and it can confuse a few customers! I find him personally aligned with what our time should be! Produce less, and especially enjoy life! The chief, in my opinion, understood everything! So let's talk about flavors and experiences now! Melt and explosive bubbles, mixtures of successful and relevant flavours, cold warm warm warmth to notice and appreciate! Bravo to this brigade and its leader for this meal that all along the evening shaved my taste buds, nose and belly

Just PARFAIT! From the warm welcome, to the impeccable service, to the different dishes just succulent, it was a first but certainly not the last. Flavours that awaken the palate, accompanied by delicious wines. Nothing to say again. It's all right. Taste, quantities, the connection between dishes. Thank you so much for sharing your passion for gastronomy.

Let's start with the most important: the dishes are excellent. The products are simple, but beautifully worked on both the bottom and the shape. This allows you to discover (or rediscover) certain flavors (e.g. oyster, eel, or topinambour), a treat for taste buds. Nevertheless, I must recognize that I was disappointed on a few points, including the wine pairing: the wines are good, but without more, the glasses are really served very slightly (we are more on tasting), in short, given the price, the wine pairing is very perfectible. By staying on the quantity, I went out of the restaurant with hunger (which had not happened to me for a good decade). All dishes are excellent, but it remains really frugal (higher vegetables), small portions of tasting in a way. To conclude, excellent restaurant, but not sure that the price at the end of the evening is totally justified, the wine deal must be improved.
