Shadys Porchpub - Angleton

We visited a few months ago and had a fantastic experience! My kids had a blast playing and running around on the free playground. My husband and I savored cold beers and delicious food on the terrace beneath a magnificent oak tree. The service was excellent, and the sight of the train speeding by in the background was a fun added touch. We can't wait to return!

The service was quick and the burger was excellent. I tried the Frito Chili cheeseburger, and it was cooked to perfection. I couldn't finish it all!

This is a fun spot to relax and have a good time. The staff is super friendly, and the shrimp basket is delicious! The live music added to the great atmosphere and was a blast! It feels like stepping into a movie scene, with train tracks right behind you and trains passing by. Shadys truly captures the essence of small-town charm!

The atmosphere is Cozy and Laidback. You can either dip in or eat on the outdoor deck area if the weather is allowed. It is beautifully shaded and a light breeze and light makes for a comfortable and relaxing place to hang with friends or your date. I have the parking availability for bicycles that you can see from inside or outside.

Great place for live music, cold beer and good food...Gov Abbott had just enacted the COVID look down on bars limited seating for eateries...but we managed to get in and have a great night with friends and family. The staff was very attentive and the crawfish was excellent.
