We visited Le Terminus in July and thing from the Spring Menu which only has a choice of 2 starters and 2 hands. Having made our selection we went for different chiuxes, the master d recommended the wine. The starters were fantastic, so well presented and delicious, the oysters and prawns were gorgeous. The hands and desserts were excellent too but the starters were the highlight. Great wine recommendation too. All in all fantastic food and great value.
