Bidra med feedbackVERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! My partner placed an order at 8 just for a sausage supper and a small doner kebab. By 10 it still wasn’t here so we called about our order to be told it’s with the driver. I turned me telly off and listened out and kept checking the window every so often for 50 minutes. Turns out the driver had just dumped our food at the front door without knocking so our food was stone cold. I called to complain and was told that they had knocked loads and called lots of times. Their was never a knock and we have no missed calls on our phone. I explained that to them to be then told basically that I’m lying. I was never offered fresh food to be sent or offered a refund. We said that we’ll never be ordering from here again. It used to be good a couple of years ago but since last year it’s just gone down hill. Food is terrible we had to heat it up for us to then just bin as it was horrible. Terrible customer service! Don’t order here I suggest 5 n 1 as they are very good!
I used to order food from here fairly regularly, but over the last year or so the service has gone drastically down hill to the point that every order has errors, and they are very rarely rectified. Phoning the restaurant to complain usually results in a hostile response from them, typically gaslighting by saying stuff like oh we definitely included that, you must just have lost it
I've been going here for a while but this time will be the last. Staff are always rude and have messed up our orders a few times and never correct them. Was delivered a burnt pizza and didn't even bother to phone this time to complain cause they do not care. Staff are extremely rude and poor customer service. Will not be buying from here again.
Was in Koh a Noor tonight to give the Indian side a chance as I have been in the chip shop side for a few years when the older guy was friendly and everything was fresh. Specky with a sour face and an attitude tried to sell me a breaded fish 2 months ago in the hot plate. Only reason there was someone must have ordered it and cancelled, I wanted fresh cooked fish and told him my wife is a recovering cancer patient and not allowed heated food , that we want fresh. Fresh I got but tried to give me the old breaded fish so we walked out. 2 weeks later I gave him the benefit of doubt I went in and again an attitude I asked for a fresh crispy fish and heated portion of chips. The fish was ok , great in fact but chips stone cold. A disgrace I won’t be back Tonight I ordered a Chicken Bhuna a nan bread and chips, I asked for hot , I was only person wearing a mask , none of the staff or delivery drivers were wearing a mask and none of the customers either which I was about to leave but anyway I got my order , the curry was bone dry , no sauce , the Nan bread was burnt and freezing cold and the chips were heated up . I called and complained and told them that this regular at one time customer won’t be back and I have pictures of staff and customers not sticking to government guidelines. The Seagulls will be well fed tomorrow unless they are blind STAY WELL AWAY
I’m writing this review as I stand waiting for my delivery which I ordered just over 2 hours and 20 minutes ago. First phone call 1.5 hours ago I was told it’s just being prepared. Next call half an hour later I was told ‘I guarantee you it’ll be with you in 2 minutes’. 20 minutes later I called and was told it’s been delivered to someone accidentally so I’m now waiting on them collecting it from there and no doubt reheating it before they deliver to me… And I know they do this because they delivered to me incorrectly once before and insisted on collecting it untouched or wouldn’t deliver my food. And finally, when I spoke to them 24 minutes ago they told me 10 mins maximum and a discount but as I say, it’s still not here
