On lui demande qq minutes, il nous dit qu'il revient avec de l'eau, ce, 10minutes plus tard. On commande le vin, il ne sait pas c'est quoi, on ouvre le menu et on lui montre. Notre serveur se permet qq jokes plates mais bon .... mettons que lorsque côté professionnel est passé, lui devait être absent).15 Minutes plus tard, nous avons Notre vin (presque 4 fois le Prix de la saaq)Nous commandons les deux le steak et homard. Ceci ne vient pas avec une soupe ni salade, ce que nous commandons à part. La salade ceasar est excellente et la bisque de homard très bonne (quoiqu'un peu salée).Repas principal arrive, je ne sais que ce n'est pas Du filet mignon mais quand même (c'est le surlonge qui vient avec le homard). Pas assaisonné et petit, la queue d'homard correcte quoique pas immense non plus, des légumes décongelés et des patates en purée sans goût. Pour une facture de pres de 100$ ( et avec le vin et le pourboire de 180$), je suis extrêmement déçue. Cela faisait longtemps que je n'y étais pas allée et je me suis souvenue pourquoi.
I like this Baton Rouge but there Gluten Free menu is to small and not enough choices to select from.I just wish that they would expand it a little more so that I can order other foods that are Gluten Free since I am unable to eat any Gluten.
I went here with my wife to have a good dinner and to check it out. Our family will visit us soon, so we were looking for a great steakhouse to bring them to. Let's start with the positive. The decor and atmosphere were cozy and we like the way that every table had it's own little "box". Unfortunately, that's the only good thing I have to say about the place. When we walked in, we waited 3 minutes at the entrance for someone to meet us and give us a table. We had eye contact with 4 different waiters but they were all busy moving stuff around and serving the four or five tables with guests.The girl who met us was kind, smiled and gave us a fine table. We had a look at the menu and after 10 minutes we still hadn't been able to place our order. Still, plenty of waiters and only 4-5 tables of guests... The waiter who finally came to take our order was also smiling and kind and soon after she came with the drinks we've ordered.The waiter who came with our food and later removed the plates and gave us the bill never said a word to us, even though we smiled and said hello. Not even a small smile.I had ordered their Devil Burger and my wife had ordered a steak. The steak was okay and fine cooked but nothing extraordinary and the extras weren't that impressive either. The burger had been cut open to check if it had been cooked properly, which shouldn't be necessary for experienced chefs. That's just not okay when you're paying rather high prices for something so simple. The beef had a bit of a burned flavor, but it was cleverly masked by the extreme amounts of sauce they've covered it in. Other than that, the burger was just rather boring. I seriously believe that most fast-food burgers will have more flavor and juice than this burger. The fries that accompanied this burger were far from crispy, which I would have preferred, but they tasted okay. Taking it all into account, we were both really disappointed by the food, the size of the beverages and the lack of attention from the staff. Obviously, that came at a high price as well. We had expected this, but it hurt to pay so much for such a bad experience. We won't be coming back.
Nous avons visité ce Bâton Rouge pour un dîner de Noël avec mes employés. Nous avons commandé deux entrées à partager avant nos repas principaux.Tous les convives ont aimé leur plat sans exception, de même que les entrées.Même si ce n'était pas la première fois que j'y allais, j'ai été agréablement surpris par la facture de 230$ avec taxes et pourboire, pour 6 personnes qui ne se sont pas privés dans leur commandes, avec 2 entrées et boisson. Vraiment très raisonnable.À la prochaine!
This was my steak it looks good but I ordered medium and it was blue.so let's rewind to beginning I sat down and wait for someone to say hi or ask me a drink for good 7 min(which should be in first 2 min )than waitress came and asked me if I'm ready to order (well I know it's Christmas time and they are busy)so I said sure and than choose something fast and ordered along with my drink.but of course I waited for another 12 min for my drink (since they are busy :)than I got my food but it was blue(I ordered med rare)ohhh btw I waited for my food for good 35 min(do not forget I did not ordered well done and no starter since I kind of felt like it was gonna be slow)so I tried to eat knowing that if I send it back it will take more time and trust me no body came to ask me if everything was ok with my food .than I realized I can't eat that steak to raw so I called the hostess (since I can't reach my waitress )and told them if they can cook a bit more .than I started waiting again:)for good 15 min than I received my steak it was cooked the way I liked it but the problem was I wasn't hungry anymore:(anyway I at abit more than I asked my bill which it took another 10 min.so 2 hours later and 93 dollars bill that I paid .I was lTe to every thing I tried to do that day.ps:steak was good
