Employees are completely costing customer satisfaction. I ask for a coffee 3 sweet 3 milks I call to say that this is not the first time I am told to check the next time on site .... I did not receive the coffee I ordered. The employees were too focused on chatting with each other and neglected the customers.
The staff at this restaurant often make mistakes with orders, resulting in incomplete meals. On multiple occasions, I have been overcharged for items like bagels and falsely accused of requesting extra chipotle sauce. To make matters worse, my burgers have been served cold and stale. The customer service here is truly terrible.
