Bidra med feedbackOn our way back from Chapora Fort, Google recommended this place. It's a happy Goan family who have set up a restaurant in their garden. The breakfast is to die for. During season, the place ends up catering breakfasts all day long because everybody loves their breakfast.<br/ <br/ We opted for lunch and decided on Chicken Xacuti. One of the best decisions ever, I guess. The rice that accompanies the gravy might not be enough for two people, but the gravy sure is. So, ordering another bowl of steamed rice and we were all set.<br/ <br/ The gravy was rich, tangy, coconutty. It was just perfect.<br/ The service can be improved a little. But then, when you see the family merrily serving you, it doesn't really bother you anymore.<br/ <br/ And somehow you end up dreaming of a retirement plan that resembles them and their restaurant.
We followed Google's recommendation and visited this restaurant. It has a simple setup outside their home. What I really enjoyed about this place is that it is a family-run business. The husband, wife, and kids all work together to make their customers happy. Everything we tried had a homecooked feel to it, and I especially enjoyed the Goan sausages. Definitely a must-try!
Very nice and warm people running the restaurant...homely food and primarily one of few restaurants serving from 7 AM... Food is perfect...had the farmer's breakfast...it was yum...bacons... sausages..ham...perfect place for awesome breakfast
This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience authentic cuisine. The portion sizes are generous and the prices are fair. The service is excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back here.
Absolutely loved the breakfast here , taking a star away only because I felt hygiene was little low with live birds running around and location slightly hard to reach by car but the taste and portion was good !
