Soooo good! We generally rotate between Little Cesar’s, Domino’s, Papa Murphy, etc. But when we came back to PJ’s after a few years hiatus, we were like “Yup, this is where we’re eating from here on out.” Couple pick up orders in the last month and the orders were perfect, fast, and SO good!

This Papa John's in Ankeny Iowa runs a tight constructive business. Good management happy employees If they are not able to get your food delivered in a timely manner? They subcontract out to other delivery platforms keeping their customers 1st ! FYI; You can request a photo of the platform delivery drivers hot bag to ensure your food gets delivered hot !

This is a lively place, but there is no excuse for the wrong pizza in the box. Only 1 of the last 3 times I ordered an N.Y-style pizza I actually got one. 1 was the N.Y style I ordered, 1 was an original crust, and one was a thin crust pizza.

Waited an hour longer than the time they told us, then said we had to wait 30 minutes more. the app has just spun and not updated. 2 other people in the load were in the same situation. there were at least 6 people working so it was not likely that a shortage of workers. in short, we had to cancel our order, as the person before and after us.

Pizza was an hour too late. they wanted to pick them up, they told me it was 30 minutes. came back over 30 minutes later and it ended half an hour until it was done. of course no discount. they have been late before, so I do not give them the advantage of the doubt. they don't spend their money here.
