Best service and nice staff and the food is amazing. Love this place

While these boys may not always be mask-wearing kings, they are kings nonetheless, and Buscemi’s is their castle. Don’t expect any small talk or niceties, but do expect the most fundamentally sound, finest service of any convenience store this side of the Washtenaw River. Walking into this store is like walking into your distant, Republican great-uncle’s house on Christmas Eve; you may not be the best of friends or agree on everything, but you’re family... and you always know you’ll have a great time.

This use to be my favorite store in the neighborhood until I experienced disrespectful discrimination from the store owners. Staff never ware mask. As a loyal everyday customer I normally hold conversation as I filled the counter with goodies. I noticed 99% rubbing alcohol an want to purchase a few bottles of those. There were others in the store even the delivery truck. The cashier was rude say no I can’t buy 99% alcohol it’s for their home. I may have ask why one to many times why couldn’t I buy then I was told by the owner shut the f up an get out. I was mortified an confused cried as I left store never to return again.

A staff member wasn’t wearing a mask at the counter, and there was a patron inside without a mask as well. Upon coming to leave a review, I see that somebody else posted the same thing 3 months ago. I will be reporting both the convenience store and the pizza shop to the Washtenaw health department.

I’m giving this place one star solely to leave a review. I ordered lunch but never received it. They clearly use DoorDash for deliveries, but there’s no mention of this on their website. The customer service at Buscemi is disappointing and they are not willing to assist at all.
