Shake Shack Ann Arbor

Ate here the other night after a football game with some friends and got food poisoning! The burger wasn’t cooked all the way through it turns out…Threw up while driving down I-94 on the way home, $12 well spent… ?

The first time I went to this restaurant. It's pretty expensive if you're taking the family. There are no special meals for children. The food was okay but I expected more for the prices. It's burgers, fries, etc. My burger was pretty salty but nothing special. The fries were really good, though! The special shakes would be the only reason I went back here again, honestly. The staff at the counters were really great. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The parking lot is shared by stores in a plaza, so there's plenty of spots.Kid-friendliness: They do not have any special meals for children.

I am writing this in the hopes that I will get a response from the manager or owner. I have called a few times to fix an issue we had with an online pick up order where several items we ordered and paid for were not included in the bag. These things happen, and the people who work there are very nice and the food we did get was great. But, I would like to get refunded for the items we did not get. Once this is fixed, I will update the review accordingly.

Nijae and Josh provided me with great service. After food was ordered, the Uber driver never came and I had to pick up my own delivery order. They understood my frustrations, they listened and made it right. Couldn't recommend this place enough. They turned a horrible experience into a great one.

This is what 5 Guys Burgers used to be before they changed something with their product. My lunch today was fantastic! The crispy onions on a good burger to begin with is a special treat these days. The food came out hot and fresh, and the Dragon fruit tea hit the spot. I haven't tried their shakes yet, but I can imagine they are just as tasty. I am glad I've got a Shake Shack more local than the outskirts of Detroit in Livonia.
