Bidra med feedbackThe wings were surprisingly tasty. The Detroit-style pizza was a bit dry, but the Crazy Bread was as delicious as always. As for the customer service... well, not everything can be perfect, right? I really felt obligated to share my thoughts today.
DoorDash delivered the wrong order. We had requested Deep Dish Pizza and Cheese Sticks, but instead received a large pepperoni pizza, a large sausage pizza, and a big cheese pizza. My family didn't eat it because they don't like pizza.
I called in to order a large Ultimate Supreme pizza for pickup on my way home to Anna, TX, from the Garland-Richardson area of Dallas, TX. With about 20 minutes left until I arrived in Anna, I mentioned the order was for Joe. When I got there, the pizza was freshly out of the oven, boxed, and sliced. I paid in cash and received my change, and I was able to take the pizza home before the deadline. Keep up the great work!
Hortible customer service From this franchise owner.... Our Little Caesars app placed in automatic order, as I don't know, We called the next day when we realized what happened to one of the staff said to call back when his manager was. Today we have asked for a refund or a purchase loan. The shop franchise OWNER says he remembered that the order was placed and after an hour he threw it all away (no call, no warning) and that he can no longer help us very aggressively! Definitely delete the app, call companies on Monday, and never have anything to do with this little caesars.
Came to eat after 8:30 unaware that they closed at 9. Ordered a pizza and when it came out the ?manager? says ?for future reference after 830 we are only doing pepperoni and cheese Becauee we are about to close?. Maybe he wasn?t intending on sounds like he attitude but it definitely came off that way. I understand it?s little Caesar?s and I?m not expecting fine dining service. But that sounds like something you should inform your employees not the customer. I would have taken it with a grain of salt but I could over hear him in the back barking orders the whole time. I don?t generally do these reviews but it really didn?t sit well with me that he felt he needed to inform me in a lobby full of people. I would have said something but I?m not interested in going back and forth with the pizza place.
