Bidra med feedbackThey removed the in-person ordering through the drive-thru. You have to order through a prompter screen which is a pain. Went there and they gave us half full containers of food, additionally the window person got visibly upset when we asked for chopsticks...
Rude employees. Arrived at 9:30 and the doors were all locked, all the employees were looking and making hand gestures to go away. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve heard/ experiences rude employees here.
The BOT ordering is an epic failure. Can’t get orders right and won’t let you order a regular ice tea. Connecting to a team member is impossible when ordering. Can’t call them either as no one is “available”. Saving labor is costing them another regular customer. Sad, I’m diabetic and they have some low carb options that I can’t order.
I’ve been to many different Panda Express locations, this one has the worst foods. Chowmein is very dry and has no flavor, also beef and broccoli is very basic dish but they failed to make it right. I’ll still give it another try, hopefully it is just one of those off days!
The customer service of this place is absolutely awful. My daughter got a kids meal coupon LAST WEEK for being student of the month. Brought my whole family so she could use her coupon. They said it was expired and wouldn't honor it. Seriously?! They would rather me walk out and waste all our food order than just honor the dang coupon. So unprofessional and rude!
