Subway - Annandale

After I gave back my sandwich because the egg was super cold, the girl working here wasn?t even sympathetic or apologetic not even 1%. She gave me a rude look and asked me if I want her to reheat it. I calmly said no, because then the whole sandwich will get soggy. I asked her to make me another one and she was more rude about the situation. She even asked if I could pay again! I later asked for a refund because I wasn?t comfortable there any more, but took her 20 mins to do it, when I finally left. Total waste of my time on a Sunday. I think her name is Nagilly. Someone needs to teach the workers customer service. And make sure they know how to properly heat up the food.

It was not busy after 7 pm on a Sunday! Sandwich was good, service was quick. I messed up trying to use my reward on the app but the employee said I didn't lose my reward, I just have to buy another Subway sandwich! Yum!

Would give 0 stars, menu prices are always wrong and the last 3 times I've gone in I've walked out without food due to either prices not being right or Silvia the manager being rude and disrespectful. This is the third time and the last; this subway is a joke. I'm literally here now and asked to speak to the manager to get the owners information and I'm currently stand here writing this review......all while being ignored by 3 employees who I've asked multiple times now .

Bread and veggies were old or stale. The worker making the sandwich was not very good at cutting the bread and applying the meat. The lettuce was yellowing and some of the tomatoes showed freezer burn.

Generally a consistent experience but this evening, the food was terrible. I spent over $40 on sandwiches and they were just awful. The veggie patties were still frozen and the spinach was bad. Furthermore, it is hard to have someone asking you to pay while you are trying to tell the other person what you want on the sandwich. Then, I had to pay separately for chips and sodas because they did not count it towards a meal deal. I should have just left when I saw the veggies were not looking fresh. I will not go back here again.
